Inter Milan confirm plans for future home stadium

The Nerazzurri have been quoted as saying that they have made a firm proposal to bring an international football stadium to Turin, with a home of their own.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Nerazzurs have reached a preliminary agreement with Italian authorities for the construction of a new stadium, but are yet to formally submit their plan to the city’s mayor.

This is the second major step forward for the Serie A side, who previously said they would not play any matches in Turin until the 2022 World Cup is over.
